About Us
Teresa Arellano, Enrolled Agent
Teresa Arellano holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton and is the founder of Santa Ana Professional Services. As an Enrolled Agent, she has been preparing tax returns and representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Franchise Tax Board (State of California) in the Orange County area for over 25 years. As a first generation immigrant, she is familiar with the needs of the community and has developed a good standing with her diverse clientele. Her skill, expertise and passion have been the foundation of her work. In her free time, Teresa enjoys reading, staying active by taking sports classes and spending time with her two sons and family.
Carmina Velasquez, CTEC
Carmina joined the Santa Ana Professional Services team in 2019. She is a registered tax preparer through CTEC and obtained her license in 2019. Carmina is proud of creating a personal emotional connection with her clients, whether they’re new or repeating. In her spare time, Carmina enjoys spending time with her family and managing her balloon décor business.
Elsa Saldana-Garibay, CTEC
Hello, I am Elsa Saldana- Garibay, I have had my CTEC Tax preparation license since 2009, my Real Estate License since 2007 and became a Notary Public in 2006. Working at a family business is something I’m very passionate about and building relationships with our clients is what makes us different and something I’m very proud of. On my free time, I volunteer at my children’s school as Vice President of the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) and also volunteer as a Troop leader for the Girl Scouts of Orange County.
Vanessa Garibay, CTEC
Vanessa Garibay is a dedicated tax professional with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a CTEC license, which she has proudly held since 2018. With a strong commitment to her clients, Vanessa is passionate about providing exceptional tax services and ensuring that each client feels supported and informed throughout the tax process.
In addition to her work, Vanessa is a devoted mother of three sons. She enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her family, fostering a love for nature and adventure. Vanessa also loves cooking and experimenting with new recipes, as well as diving into a good book during her downtime.
Pete Flores, CTEC
Pete has been a registered CTEC for nearly ten years and has provided quality service to his clients with Santa Ana Professional Services since he joined the team in 2018. Pete is available for appointments primarily on weekends through the end of tax season.
